     Member of the Presidium of the International Association of Financial Law, which unites scholars from CIS Countries.
     Sphere of academic interests – tax and financial law, including comparative, foreign and international tax law.
     Author of more than ninety publications, including five monographs, four textbooks on tax and financial law, articles and other publication in Russian, English and some other languages.
     Participated in different international tax conferences as a reporter (national reporter). Acted as an editor of Collections of works on the topical issues of financial and tax law.
     Member of Scientific Councils of a number of the RF state organs. Acted as an expert of the RF Constitutional Court. Participated in developing a number of RF legal normative acts.
